Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item(s) in 14 days, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sepdanicollection.com and state the reason for return. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered and received.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return labels will be provided only for damaged or defective products within the policy time. Add a note with your order number and state the reason for return. Please ship the item(s) back within the next three business days.

International customers must cover shipping expenses in order to return their products to the US.  Sepdani Collection will ship the replacement piece (due to damage) to the country of destination, cost-free.

Note:  Discounted / Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee replacements or exchanges to 100%, if the item you wish is out of stock you will have the possibility to pick a different item for a replacement.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@sepdanicollection.com.
