My name is Sepideh and I was born and raised in Iran until the age of 17. Growing up in the Iranian culture, there’s not a single household without an evil eye somewhere inside. In fact, you’re exposed to the evil eye all over the country, in one form or the other, such as a bracelet, necklace, wall décor, throw pillows, and etc.

Being exposed to it so often, it becomes enrooted in your belief system. The symbolism is protection from “evil eyes,” aka negative energy. When anything bad happens to you, we would say in Farsi “cheshmet zadan” which means, “they evil eyed you.” So, you would carry the Evil Eye with you on a necklace or a bracelet to protect you from any negative energy or have it placed somewhere in your home in the form of a decoration to cleanse any negative energy that enters your home.

The evil eye symbolism is also present in other countries such as Turkey, Egypt, India, etc. This iconic symbol dates to about 5,000 years of history, across cultures.

Having such immense love for the Evil Eye décor and jewelry, I thought to myself, why not sell it? So, here I am today, finding pieces that I personally Iove and sharing it with the rest of you!

Thank you so much for choosing my shop and for your support.

If you have already purchased a product from Sepdani Collection, please repeat this every day:

"I remove and block any energies around me who pretend to like me, drain me, use me, or envy me. I am in my own lane and I am here for my own missions."

And if you haven’t, may you always be protected 🙏🧿🪬
